Veno Addon provides digital services that are delivered electronically and activated instantly upon purchase. Our products include subscription-based access to streaming addon development services, admin dashboards, and user management tools.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If you do not receive access to the service within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If the service is fundamentally non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report, you may request a refund.
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization, please contact us and your payment provider immediately.
3. Refund Timeframes
- Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund available if the service has not been substantially used.
- 24 hours to 7 days: Partial refund (prorated based on remaining subscription period) may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
- After 7 days: Refunds are generally not available for active subscriptions, as the digital service has been delivered and consumed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the service has been activated and used
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Issues caused by the user's own equipment, internet connection, or third-party software
- Subscription periods that have already expired

- PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period
